FrizWill
is an independent hip-hop artist out of Cambridge,
Massachusetts. He is one-eighth of a crew known as "The
Official." The crew is a blend of individual artists/producers
that come together to create a brand of music that the world
is just about ready for.
As an individual, Friz is the Athlete/Entertainer of the crew.
Playing Basketball throughout his High School career, he went
on to play Division-1 basketball for St. Joseph's University
in Philadelphia. After playing overseas for a year in 2001 he
took some time to fulfill a life-long desire to construct his
first full-length hip-hop project.
Always finding pleasure in sculpting rhymes with witty
word-play and plenty of hidden jewels, Friz has finally
finished the LP entitled "Autobiographical by Friz Will." This
album presents the side of FrizWill that has rarely been seen.
To let him tell it, he explains it like this:
"Everyday, men and women live their lives according to their
surroundings. At work, school, or in the streets, they are
constricted to being the way other people want them to be.
What if you could say what you really feel? What if when
people looked at you they could see the person that YOU see
everyday in the mirror? Well...for 24 years I've looked in the
mirror, and "Autobiographical by Friz Will" is exactly what
I've seen. Soon the world will see it too." |
